Man, freakin' retards. I dont see why you turds have to go and be so irresponsible. There was a good thing going and ya'll had to go and ruin it. How shitty, I'm totally bummed now.

Im kinda curious though, wouldn't have just been better to disable the uploads, instead of the whole damn program? It would have been nice to be able to use what already existed.

I might make a new version. I'm still contemplating it. If I do, trust that there will be a lot more security measures in place to make sure nobody abuses the upload function. Any uploads will need to be approved by myself before they are made available to everyone else. Also, you'll need to register an account to upload anything. I won't go into details on how I'm going to do it, but if anyone attempts to abuse the upload system, I can ban their PC from using Mr. Paint. Nothing they can do will disable the ban.
